Product Overview
The Air Shower is a self-contained chamber installed at the entrance of a cleanroom. It uses high-velocity jets of HEPA filtered air (20-25 m/s) to scrub off particulate matter from personnel clothing. The "scrubbed" air is then recirculated, ensuring optimal hygiene.
Working Principle
The decontamination cycle is fully automatic. As a person enters, the electromagnetic interlock seals the doors. IR sensors trigger high-velocity air jets from adjustable nozzles, scrubbing off surface dust. This dust-laden air is captured by pre-filters and HEPA filters before being recirculated, ensuring a pristine entry into the cleanroom.

Personnel Air Shower
Designed for individuals entering the cleanroom. Available in Straight Entry, L-Shape, or Tunnel configurations. Features interlocking doors to prevent cross-contamination and ensures thorough decontamination of clothing.

Material Air Shower
Specifically engineered for transferring carts, trolleys, and large equipment. Usually floor-mounted without a base (flush flooring) for easy trolley movement. Can include vertical or swing doors depending on space.
